Domestic Trips & Courses

A trip deposit of 50% is required to secure the dates of a trip or course. Deposits are non-refundable.


Within 60 days of a trip start date, a refund or trip credit may be issued minus the 50% deposit.

Within 30 days of a trip start date, NO REFUND can be offered. Travel insurance can be purchased to cover the trip fee and other costs.

International Trips

A trip deposit of 50% is required to secure the dates. Deposits are non-refundable.

Within 90 days of trip start date, a partial refund or trip credit may be issued minus the 50% deposit.


Within 60 days of trip start date, NO REFUND can be offered. Travel insurance can be purchased to cover trip fee and other costs.

Weather Cancellations

Morgan reserves the right to cancel a trip or scheduled activity due to hazardous weather, conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, alternative trip dates may be offered. In the event that no alternative dates exist, a full refund will be offered.
